On August 24th, sitgetans celebrate the Festa Major in honor of Sant Bartomeu, and on September 23rd we celebrate it in honor of Santa Tecla.
They are, both, the most important and desired festivals for the sitgetans, a party full of light with the fires of the devils, the Dragon and the Eagle, of Color with the castle of fire, of smells with the candles of the procession, the flowers of the morning and of sounds with the touch of drums.
